Introduction
LESRA Future Apps ("we", "our", "us") operates the Daily Motivation Widget ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
- Local content: Your saved proverbs, favorites, reflections, and cached audio are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by default.
- Account data (optional): If you use Google Sign-In to sync subscription status, we access basic account metadata (email and public profile) solely for verification.
- Technical data: Anonymous analytics and crash reports (e.g., Firebase) may be collected to improve app stability; no personal identifiers are collected in analytics.
Advertising
We display advertisements via Google AdMob. For users identified as children (under 13) we enable child-directed settings and serve only non-personalized contextual ads. For adults, personalized ads may be served unless the user opts out via device-level ad settings.
Explicit wording: We do not serve personalized behavioral advertising to children; child-directed ad requests are tagged and non-personalized ads are delivered.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App includes an Age Gate on first launch. If a user indicates an age under 13, the App treats the user as a child and disables personalized ads and data-collection that would violate COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Subscriptions & Payments
We offer an optional premium subscription (Diwa Premium — approx. $3.00/month). All payments and billing are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Restore purchases and cancel subscriptions via your Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate and improve the App, including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and optional Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics. These services have their own privacy policies; by using the App you also agree to those providers' policies.
Your Rights & Controls
- Access & Portability: Your local data can be exported by using device backup tools; contact us for assistance.
- Deletion: Delete the App or clear app storage to remove local data.
- Opt-out of personalized ads: Use device ad settings or disable Google Sign-In.
Security
We apply best-practice security measures to protect data stored on-device. However, no system is completely secure; avoid storing sensitive personal information in app notes.
