1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Age Requirements
The App includes an Age Gate. Children under 13 must be supervised and are treated as child-directed under COPPA; certain features (personalized ads) are disabled.
3. License & Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content, including Tagalog proverbs, translations, UI, and assets, are owned by LESRA Future Apps.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers a premium subscription (Diwa Premium). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled via Google Play. We do not store payment card details.
5. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is optional and used solely to sync subscription status across devices. You are responsible for your account credentials.
6. Disclaimers
The App and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or the inspirational nature of content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LESRA Future Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We may modify these Terms and will post updates; continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Acknowledgment
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING Daily Motivation Widget, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
If you are a parent or guardian, you additionally confirm that you accept these Terms on behalf of the child using the App.
