1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LESRA Mini Games (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by LESRA Future Apps ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
2. About the App
LESRA Mini Games is a casual entertainment application offering a collection of 50+ mini-games designed for general audiences. The App is free to download and play. Revenue is generated through in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob. No purchases, subscriptions, or in-app payment mechanisms exist within the App.

3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users of all ages capable of operating an Android device, but is designed for a general audience. Younger users should have a parent or guardian review these Terms and the App's Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, LESRA Future Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Android devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights therein to any third party
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our prior written consent
- Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or cheats to interact with or manipulate the App
8. Intellectual Property and Original Works
All code, graphics, user interface designs, and creative implementations within this App are original works developed independently by LESRA Future Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Regarding Game Concepts: The App contains implementations of well-known casual game mechanics and concepts (such as math puzzles, memory matching, word searches, and reaction-time games). Game mechanics, gameplay concepts, and general game ideas are not protectable by copyright under applicable law — only specific creative expression (original code, artwork, names, and audiovisual content) is protected. All implementations in this App are independently created original works by LESRA Future Apps.
No Infringement Intended: We do not intend to infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights. If any game name, artwork, or implementation within the App is believed to infringe a third-party right, we encourage the affected party to contact us immediately at jdronquillo46@gmail.com so that we may promptly investigate and take appropriate corrective action, including renaming, redesigning, or removing the content in question.
DMCA / Takedown Requests: If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to jdronquillo46@gmail.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the specific content in the App you believe is infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
We will respond to valid takedown notices promptly.
9. Advertisement
The App contains advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. Advertisements may be displayed when a user opens a mini-game. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements. Advertisement content and targeting are managed by Google AdMob in accordance with their own policies.
10. No In-App Purchases or Subscriptions
LESRA Mini Games does not offer any paid features, premium upgrades, in-app purchases, loot boxes, or recurring subscription services. The App is entirely free to download and play. All 50+ mini-games are accessible at no charge.
11. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to hack, alter, or interfere with the App's normal functionality
- Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
12. Intellectual Property
All content, game designs, graphics, user interface elements, code, and other materials in the App are the intellectual property of LESRA Future Apps or are licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App's intellectual property except for the limited license granted in Section 4.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the App will function correctly on any particular device or Android version.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LESRA FUTURE APPS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLAR (USD $1.00).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LESRA Future Apps and its developers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
16. Termination
These Terms are effective from the moment you download or begin using the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon uninstallation, the limited license granted in Section 4 will automatically terminate, and all locally stored App data will be removed from your device.
17. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — Advertising platform operated by Google LLC. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.
- Firebase Analytics — Analytics platform operated by Google LLC, used solely for measuring install conversion events (first_open) for Google Ads campaigns. Collects anonymous, non-personal aggregate data. Subject to Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and Google's Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction applicable to LESRA Future Apps.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
