1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Little Lingo (referenced here as the "App"), you (referred to as "You", "Your", or the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms represent a binding contract between you and LESRA Future Apps.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use this App and delete any copies of it from your device.
2. Eligibility & Parental Supervision
While the educational content of this App is designed for children aged 4 to 7, the App must be installed, configured, and managed by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18:
- By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the legal parent or guardian of any minor child accessing the educational features on your device.
- You agree to monitor your child's usage and supervise their play to ensure balanced screen time and safety.
3. Description of the App and Safe AI Integrated Guidance
The App provides educational language, writing, and phonics minigames including:
- Phonics Pals: Listening and spelling exercises matching starting sounds.
- Word Safari: Highly intuitive dynamic vocabulary spelling minigame.
- Storyland: Immersive text-to-speech accompanied storybooks.
- Trace Play: Sandbox canvas drawing for lowercase and uppercase character mastery.
The App utilizes generative content processing through Google’s secure Gemini API to generate reading cues and customized words. You acknowledge that AI technology is educational but probabilistic in nature, and while we construct absolute child safety filters on AI prompts, supervision is always advised.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
While the App is largely free to play, parents have the option to purchase a recurring subscription (the "Premium") to unlock limitless stories, full catalog tracing, and advanced sound games:
4.1 Subscriptions via Google Play
All subscriptions are managed, processed, and billed directly through the Google Play Store billing portal. Accessing these flows requires resolving an explicit, interactive Parental Gate to ensure children can never trigger purchases.
4.2 Subscription Price and Renewal
Subscription rates are disclosed inside the purchase box. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on their billing-cycle date unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellations must be performed within the Google Play Store App under (Menu > Subscriptions). Uninstalling the App will not cancel your subscription.
4.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed entirely by Google Play Store Refund Policies. To request a refund, please follow Google Play's standard refund steps. LESRA Future Apps does not process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom graphics, source code, visual sound designs, layouts, badges, and learning items contained inside the App are owned by or licensed exclusively to LESRA Future Apps:
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-assignable, and revocable license to utilize the App for non-commercial educational purposes on a personal device.
- You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any graphical assets or components of the App without our explicit prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use and Safety Restrictions
You agree that you and your child will not:
- Attempt to interfere with or bypass security blocks, API parameters, or parental control gates.
- Use the App or voice recording checking processes to generate malicious, offensive, or harmful feedback.
- Use automated software (such as scrapers or bots) to copy educational data or contents of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive for exceptional Educational values, we do not warrant that phonics audio checks will be 100% accurate, nor do we promise that educational outcomes will meet specific testing goals. To the maximum extent permitted by local law, LESRA Future Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the premium services or make changes to any games or features within the App at any time. If we discontinue the service, any outstanding prepaid Google subscriptions will be refunded or expired based on standard Google Play guidelines.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service (and any disputes arising from them or your use of the App) shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued utilization of the App following any update constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
