1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Scientific Calculator mobile application (the “App”) developed by LESRA Future Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LESRA Future Apps regarding your use of the App.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App
- Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases
- We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the App. If we discover that a child under 13 has used the App, we will take steps to remove any associated data
2.2 Lawful Use
By using the App, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Description of the App
Scientific Calculator is a professional-grade calculator application that includes:
- Scientific Calculator: Arithmetic, trigonometry, logarithms, hyperbolic functions, roots, constants, and more
- Advanced Calculators: Equation Solver, Matrix Calculator, Fraction Calculator, Number Theory, Function Grapher, Calculus (Derivative & Integral)
- Unit Converter: 13 categories including length, weight, temperature, and more
- Formula Library: 60+ formulas across Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, and Finance
- Tips & Tricks: Educational guide on using all calculator features
- Calculation History: Local storage of recent and pinned calculations
- Private Vault: A hidden personal storage area (accessible via a secret gesture + 6-digit PIN) for storing private photos, videos, and text notes on-device only. Files stored in the vault are excluded from the system gallery and file manager.
4. Private Vault — Permitted Use and Restrictions
4.1 Permitted Use
The private vault is intended for lawful personal use only. You may store:
- Personal photos and videos that you own or have the legal right to store
- Private text notes for personal organization
- Any content that does not violate applicable law or these Terms
4.2 Prohibited Content
- ❌ Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors — this is illegal and will be reported to authorities
- ❌ Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities
- ❌ Stolen, pirated, or copyright-infringing material without authorization
- ❌ Content that violates the privacy or dignity of others without their consent (e.g., non-consensual intimate images)
- ❌ Malware, exploits, or harmful code
- ❌ Material related to terrorism, extremism, or incitement to violence
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App and report users to law enforcement authorities if we have credible reason to believe the App is being used to store illegal content.
4.3 Vault Data Responsibility
4.4 Vault PIN and Security
- You are solely responsible for remembering your vault PIN. We cannot recover a forgotten PIN
- If you forget your PIN, the vault is permanently locked and vault contents cannot be recovered
- Do not share your PIN with others
- Using the App on a rooted or compromised device may expose vault contents to unauthorized access — we are not liable for any such exposure
5. Premium Subscription
5.1 What the Subscription Includes
A premium subscription ($2.00 USD per month) removes advertisements from the App. All App features — including the private vault, all advanced calculators, the formula library, and unit converter — are available to all users regardless of subscription status. The subscription benefit is exclusively the removal of ads.
5.2 Subscription Management
- Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through Google Play Billing
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- To cancel: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Scientific Calculator → Cancel
- We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information
5.3 Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play Support
- Google’s standard refund policy applies: refunds may be available within a short window after purchase
- We cannot issue refunds directly — all billing is managed by Google Play
- Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Price changes will be communicated through the App and/or via Google Play before they take effect. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Advertisements
Non-subscribed users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded video ads must be watched in full to unlock vault access for non-subscribed users.
Subscribed users will not see advertisements. Ads are served in compliance with Google’s advertising policies. For details on how AdMob uses your data, see our Privacy Policy, Section 5.1.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The App, including its code, design, graphics, branding, formula content, calculator logic, tips content, and all related intellectual property, is owned by LESRA Future Apps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- ❌ Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the App
- ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App
- ❌ Use the App to build a competing product or service
- ❌ Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding within the App
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- ❌ Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- ❌ Attempt to bypass, defeat, or circumvent the vault PIN or authentication system
- ❌ Use rooted or modified devices to tamper with the App’s security mechanisms
- ❌ Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App
- ❌ Use automation, scripts, or bots to interact with the App
- ❌ Distribute, sell, or transfer the App or your license to use it
- ❌ Store or distribute illegal content via the private vault (see Section 4.2)
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 Calculator Accuracy
While we strive for mathematical accuracy, the App’s calculations (including advanced features such as the equation solver, matrix calculator, and calculus functions) may contain errors due to numerical precision limitations, edge cases, or software bugs.
Do not rely on the App for critical decisions (engineering, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical calculations) without independent verification. We are not liable for decisions made based on App results.
9.2 Vault Security
While we implement security best practices (encrypted PIN storage, private directory, code obfuscation), we cannot guarantee absolute security. We make no warranty that the vault is impenetrable on all devices or operating system configurations, particularly on rooted or compromised devices.
9.3 Service Availability
The calculator core and private vault work fully offline. Features depending on internet connectivity (ads, Google Sign-In, subscription validation, analytics) may not function if the device is offline or if third-party services are unavailable.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LESRA FUTURE APPS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss, corruption, or destruction of vault data (photos, videos, notes) due to uninstallation, device loss, factory reset, software failure, or any other cause
- Errors or inaccuracies in calculator results
- Unauthorized access to vault content due to device compromise, rooting, or loss
- Loss of subscription benefits due to Google Play account issues
- Interruption of App availability or ad-supported features
Our maximum total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or actions of these third-party services.
12. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Modifications to the App and These Terms
13.1 App Updates
We may update the App at any time to add features, fix bugs, or modify existing functionality. Updates delivered via Google Play are governed by these Terms. Some updates may change or remove features.
13.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we have reason to believe you have:
- Violated these Terms of Service
- Used the App to store or distribute illegal content
- Attempted to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Engaged in any activity that could harm LESRA Future Apps, other users, or third parties
Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. We are not liable for any loss of data or functionality resulting from termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with us at jdronquillo46@gmail.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
EU users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
16. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LESRA Future Apps regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
