Terms of Service - Screen Time Rewards

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Screen Time Rewards (KidTrack Pro) (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. App Purpose

The App provides family-oriented parental control features, including:

Parent-child account linking
Screen-time allocation and monitoring
Task/reward workflows
Optional parent-requested location sharing
Usage analytics summaries

3. Eligibility and Family Supervision

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising child use of the App.
If required by local law, parental/guardian consent must be obtained before processing child data.
You are responsible for compliance with local laws and platform rules.

4. Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

5. Permissions and Device Configuration

Some app features depend on Android permissions and system settings.

Denying required permissions (e.g., usage access, overlay, location, notifications) may limit or disable core parental-control functionality.

Usage access and overlay are used for screen-time enforcement workflows.
Foreground/background services support reliability of parental-control features.
Location permissions are used only for location-sharing features enabled in the app flow.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly.

Use the App only for legitimate family supervision and child safety purposes.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for unlawful surveillance or harassment
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or backend services
Abuse, reverse engineer, or tamper with app services in violation of applicable law
Use the App in ways that violate Google Play policies or third-party service terms

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including Google/Firebase products and related SDKs.

Google Firebase (authentication/database and related services)
Google Sign-In
Google AdMob (where ads are shown)
Google Maps and location-related Google services (for location features)

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also contains the App's Data Policy / Data Safety Summary for app-store disclosure alignment.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may release updates for security, policy, or product improvements.
Continued use after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LESRA Future Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, policy violations, legal risk, or security concerns are identified.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
