1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Testers Hub mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue all use.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LESRA Future Apps ("we", "us", or "our").
2. App Description & Purpose
What is Testers Hub?
Testers Hub is a community-driven app testing platform that connects:
- App Publishers: Developers who need testers for Google Play closed testing
- Testers: Users who test apps and provide feedback in exchange for visibility for their own apps
Core Features
- Daily testing activities (test 12 apps + view ads + provide feedback)
- App publishing and management
- App discovery dashboard
- Activity tracking and streaks
- AdMob advertising
3. Eligibility
Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
- Users under 18 may require parental or guardian consent.
- We do NOT knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
Geographic Restrictions
- The App is available worldwide.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding app testing and distribution.
4. User Accounts
Google Sign-In
- Authentication is provided via Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- We do NOT store your Google password.
- You may delete your account at any time (see Section 15).
Account Information
We collect and store:
- Google User ID (for authentication)
- Display name (from Google profile)
- Profile photo URL (optional)
- Activity history (testing stats, streaks)
- Published apps information
5. App Publishing Rules
Content Restrictions
When publishing apps on Testers Hub, you agree NOT to submit:
- Apps that violate Google Play policies
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Apps that infringe copyright or intellectual property
- Apps containing illegal content (piracy, drugs, weapons)
- Apps that promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Apps designed to scam or deceive users
- Apps with inappropriate content (pornography, extreme violence)
- Apps that violate privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)
Required Information
Publishers must provide:
- Accurate app name and description
- Valid Google Play Store closed testing URL
- Functional Google Group link for closed testing
- Valid package name (com.example.app format)
- App category
App Review Process
- All submitted apps are manually reviewed before activation.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove apps that violate these Terms.
- Rejected apps will not be refunded (no payment required for submission).
- Appeals can be sent to jdronquillo46@gmail.com within 7 days.
App Visibility Rules
- Apps are visible for 24 hours after each daily activity completion by testers.
- Apps can receive up to 20 daily testers (resets daily at UTC midnight).
- Inactive apps (60+ days without tester activity) may be removed automatically.
- Publishers can delete their own apps at any time.
6. Testing Requirements
Daily Activity System
To maintain app visibility, users must complete daily activities:
- 12 app tests: Join Google Group → Install app → Test for 5+ seconds
- 2 ad views: Watch video ads (AdMob)
- 1 feedback submission: Provide rating/comment for one tested app
Reward for Completion
ONLY Reward: Your published apps gain 24-hour visibility on the dashboard
- No monetary rewards, points, or in-app currency are provided
- Apps remain visible for 24 hours after each completion
- To maintain visibility, complete daily activities every day
Testing Obligations
When testing apps, you agree to:
- Join the Google Group honestly (no fake accounts)
- Install and test apps for at least 5 seconds
- Provide honest feedback and ratings
- Report bugs or issues discovered
- Respect app developers' intellectual property
Prohibited Testing Practices
You agree NOT to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to fake testing
- Create multiple accounts to inflate tester counts
- Leave malicious or abusive feedback
- Reverse engineer or decompile tested apps
- Share APK files outside closed testing groups
- Manipulate the testing system for unfair advantage
7. Advertising
AdMob Integration
- The App displays Google AdMob advertisements.
- Video ads are required for daily activity completion.
- Ad frequency: Maximum 2 ads per daily activity cycle.
Ad Requirements
- Watching ads counts toward daily activity progress.
- We do NOT guarantee ad availability (dependent on AdMob inventory).
- No refunds or compensation if ads are unavailable.
Ad Fraud Prevention
- Excessive ad watching (50+ ads/day) may trigger fraud detection.
- Accounts flagged for ad fraud will be permanently banned.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership
- The App, including all content, features, graphics, code, and trademarks, is owned by LESRA Future Apps.
- "Testers Hub" is a trademark of LESRA Future Apps.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute the App.
- Create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App's content for commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
User-Generated Content (Published Apps)
- By publishing apps, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, modify, and delete your content.
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You represent that you have the right to publish the content.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Account Termination & Suspension
Grounds for Termination
We reserve the right to ban or suspend users who:
- Cheat or manipulate the testing system using bots or fake accounts.
- Publish apps that violate Section 5 content restrictions.
- Engage in ad fraud or excessive ad viewing.
- Violate these Terms of Service.
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
- Use hacked/rooted devices to manipulate app data.
Consequences of Ban
- Permanent loss of account access.
- All published apps will be removed.
- No refunds for any services (app is free).
Appeals
- Banned users may email jdronquillo46@gmail.com to appeal.
- We will review appeals within 7 business days.
- Final decisions are at our sole discretion.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
"AS IS" Provision
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-infringement of third-party rights.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Accuracy or reliability of app listings.
- Quality or safety of published apps.
Third-Party Apps Disclaimer
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR APPS PUBLISHED BY USERS.
- Users test third-party apps at their own risk.
- We do NOT guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of published apps.
- We are NOT liable for damages caused by third-party apps.
- Always scan apps with antivirus software before installation.
Data Loss Disclaimer
- We are NOT liable for data loss due to device damage, app bugs, or server issues.
- We are NOT liable for loss of activity streaks or testing history.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESRA FUTURE APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or activity progress.
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from App use.
- Damages caused by third-party apps tested via the platform.
- Third-party actions (e.g., Google Play issues, AdMob errors, Firebase downtime).
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Since the App is free, our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LESRA Future Apps, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your published apps (copyright infringement, malware, illegal content).
- Your misuse of the App.
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Your testing activities or feedback provided.
14. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services:
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Google AdMob (video advertising)
- Firebase Authentication (user management)
- Firebase Firestore (database)
- Google Cloud Functions (backend validation and cleanup)
These services have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are NOT responsible for their actions or policies.
15. Privacy & Data Collection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key Points:
- We collect device info (Android ID) for account management.
- Activity data (testing history, streaks) is stored in Firebase.
- Published app info is stored and publicly visible.
- Ad IDs are collected by AdMob for targeted ads.
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open App → Account → Delete My Account
- Or email jdronquillo46@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"
- We will delete your data within 30 days
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Informal Negotiation: Email jdronquillo46@gmail.com within 30 days of dispute.
- Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Philippines.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree NOT to participate in class action lawsuits.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App.
Notification:
- Major changes will be announced via in-app notification.
- You will be required to accept updated Terms before continued use.
- Continued use after changes = acceptance of new Terms.
Version History:

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LESRA Future Apps regarding the App. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

BY USING TESTERS HUB, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
