LESRA Future Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Install and use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial use only.
Access and use the features and content available in the App.
Purchase and use premium features through Google Play Billing (subscription-based)

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the App.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Distribute, sell, or transfer the App to any third party.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any payment mechanisms or subscription verification

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, LESRA FUTURE APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LESRA FUTURE APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LESRA FUTURE APPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LESRA FUTURE APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersede any prior agreements.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
