1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HindiKids you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of HindiKids, developed by LESRA Future Apps.
2. Description of Service
HindiKids is a mobile application available on Google Play that teaches children the Hindi language and the Devanagari script — Varnamala letters, Barakhadi, matra words, a picture dictionary, and mini-games — with tap-to-hear Hindi audio.

4. Intellectual Property and License
All content, features, and functionality of HindiKids including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by LESRA Future Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of this app without explicit written permission.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
HindiKids offers an optional 1-year premium subscription that removes all advertisements and unlocks all lessons, mini-games, dictionary categories, and letters. The free tier includes a selection of lessons, mini-games, and parts of the Picture Dictionary and Word Families. Purchases are protected by a parental gate so that a child cannot buy without a parent or guardian.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings
- We do not offer refunds except where required by law
- Subscription price may change with advance notice — see the Google Play listing for current pricing
6. Advertising
HindiKids displays rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are shown only after a lesson or game finishes, and only when the player explicitly chooses to watch one. Ads are configured to be child-appropriate in compliance with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app to transmit harmful or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the app
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
HindiKids is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LESRA Future Apps does not warrant that the app will be error free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
LESRA Future Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HindiKids. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
