1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MandarinKids you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of MandarinKids, developed by LESRA Future Apps.
2. Description of Service
MandarinKids is a mobile application available on Google Play that teaches children Simplified Chinese (Mandarin) through pinyin, characters, tones, and mini-games.

All content, features, and functionality of MandarinKids including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by LESRA Future Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of this app without explicit written permission.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
MandarinKids offers an optional monthly subscription that removes all advertisements.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings
- We do not offer refunds except where required by law
- Subscription price may change with advance notice — see the Google Play listing for current pricing
6. Advertising
MandarinKids displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are configured to be child-appropriate in compliance with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app to transmit harmful or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the app
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MandarinKids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LESRA Future Apps does not warrant that the app will be error free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
LESRA Future Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MandarinKids. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
