2. Mixed Audience & Advertising
Math Cards for Kids is a general-audience educational application that appeals to both children (5 & under, 6-8, 9-12) and adults. To ensure a safe experience for all users while maintaining the App's availability, we implement the following advertising and safety measures:
- Age Gate: When the App first boots up, users are presented with an Age Gate to determine the appropriate ad experience.
- Child Users (Under 13): If a user indicates they are under 13, the App explicitly tags all ad requests as CHILD (TFCD/TFUA) via the Google TFAT API. This disables personalized advertising and behavioral tracking for these users.
- Adult Users (13+): Users over 13 may see standard advertisements.
- Ad-Free Experience: Advertisements are removed for all users who have an active Premium Subscription.
3. Children and Family Policy
Math Cards for Kids is designed for children and families. We are committed to complying with Google Play Families requirements and applicable child privacy rules. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration, forms, or direct user input.

We do not require user accounts and we do not collect personal profile data such as full name, phone number, or home address directly in the app.
The app may process limited technical and advertising-related data through trusted third-party services, such as:
- Device and app information (for app performance and ad delivery)

- Approximate diagnostics and crash/performance information
- Advertising identifiers or equivalent signals, where permitted by platform settings and law
