These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Math Cards for Kids (the "App"), provided by LESRA Future Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Supervision
The App is intended for educational and family-friendly use. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App source code except where legally permitted
- Use the App in a way that violates laws or regulations
- Interfere with app integrity, security, or service operation
5. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App may display ads and integrate third-party services (including Google AdMob). Your interactions with third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We designed these Terms and related policies to support Google Play policy compliance and reduce legal/compliance risks.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, design, and software are owned by LESRA Future Apps or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LESRA Future Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LESRA Future Apps harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, where allowed by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating region unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
