• Token Balance: Stored locally (Hive), synced to Firebase for validation
• Forum Username: Optional, required only for Community Forum participation
• Forum Posts & Comments: Stored in Firebase Firestore
• Ad Viewing History: Ad completions tracked for reward validation

3.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• ❌ Real names, email addresses (unless you contact support)
• ❌ Phone numbers or physical addresses
• ❌ Payment information (handled by Google Play)
• ❌ Location data (GPS used locally only, NOT transmitted)
• ❌ Camera/photos (stored locally, NOT uploaded)
• ❌ Contacts or SMS messages

4. How We Use Your Data

• Token System: Validate token balance and prevent cheating
• Premium Features: Enforce feature access and subscription expiry
• Ad Rewards: Validate ad completions and prevent fraud (max 100 ads/day)
• Forum: Display username, posts, comments, and bounty system
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics for app performance (anonymous)

5.1 Google Play Billing

Processes token purchases. Google's Privacy Policy applies.

Powers Maritime AI Chat. Conversations sent to Google's servers.

6. Data Storage & Retention

6.1 Local Storage (Hive)

All user data stored locally on your device:

• Tokens, TODO lists, Notes, Pictures, Routine Checklists
• User profile, settings, voice assistant memory
• Secure Locker files (password-protected)

6.2 Firebase Cloud Storage

• Forum Data: Retained indefinitely for community continuity
• Token Sync: Validation logs retained for 90 days
• Ad Rewards: Logs retained for 30 days

6.3 Data Deletion Request

To delete all your data:

1. Open the App → Account → Delete My Data
2. Or email us at: jdronquillo46@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
3. We will delete your data within 30 days

Note: Forum posts may be retained for community continuity but will be anonymized.

7. Data Security

• ✅ Encrypted Storage: Tokens stored with flutter_secure_storage (Android Keystore)
• ✅ Code Obfuscation: App compiled with --obfuscate flag (prevents reverse engineering)
• ✅ Root Detection: App blocks rooted/jailbroken devices to prevent tampering
• ✅ SSL/TLS Encryption: All network traffic encrypted
• ✅ Firebase Security Rules: Server-side validation prevents unauthorized access

8. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your data (JSON export)
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

• The App is rated Teen (13+) due to simulated gambling features
• We do NOT knowingly collect data from children under 13
