1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Seafarer AI Assistant mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue all use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LESRA Future Apps ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
• Users under 18 may require parental or guardian consent to make purchases.
• We do NOT knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

3. Virtual Currency (Tokens)

Nature of Tokens

• Tokens are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may NOT be sold or gifted to other users.
• Token balance is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers for validation.

Token Acquisition

Users can acquire tokens through:

1. Purchases via Google Play Billing (see Section 4)
2. Watching rewarded video ads (1 spin per ad, varying token rewards)
3. Referral rewards (200 tokens per successful referral)
4. Forum bounties (10-999 tokens for best answers)

Token Usage

Tokens are used for:

• Feature Access: 2 tokens per feature per 1 hour
• Premium Subscriptions: 30 tokens (1 day), 300 tokens (10 days), 900 tokens (1 month)
• Gambling Mini-Games: Minimum 5 tokens, maximum 100 tokens per game
• Forum Bounties: OPs can set 10-999 token bounties for best answers

4. In-App Purchases

Payment Processing

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
• We do NOT store your payment information.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred on your Google Play account.

Refund Policy

• ✅ Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if tokens are UNUSED.
• ❌ No refunds will be issued for tokens that have been consumed.
• ❌ Premium subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE once activated.
• To request a refund, contact Google Play Support directly.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased with tokens (NOT recurring payments):

• 1 Day: 30 tokens
• 10 Days: 300 tokens
• 1 Month: 900 tokens

Benefits: Unlocks all app features without per-use token deduction. No auto-renewal.

6. Gambling Features (Simulated Gambling)

Responsible Gaming

• Users can set daily loss limits in Settings.
• We are NOT responsible for token losses in gambling mini-games.
• Gambling features are optional. You are NOT required to use them.

7. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ❌ Use hacked, rooted, or jailbroken devices to manipulate token balance
• ❌ Use bots, scripts, or automation to earn tokens or play games
• ❌ Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• ❌ Abuse ad rewards (e.g., watching excessive ads beyond rate limits)
• ❌ Share, sell, or trade your account or tokens
• ❌ Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content in the Community Forum
• ❌ Spam, harass, or threaten other users

8. Account Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to ban or suspend users who:

• Cheat or manipulate token balance using hacked devices or modified APKs
• Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage
• Abuse ad rewards beyond rate limits (50 ads/day)
• Post inappropriate content in the forum
• Violate these Terms of Service

Consequences of Ban

• ❌ Permanent loss of all tokens and premium access
• ❌ No refunds for purchased tokens
• ❌ Forum account deleted and posts removed

Appeals

Banned users may email jdronquillo46@gmail.com to appeal. We will review appeals within 7 business days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Maritime Navigation Disclaimer

• ⚠️ Maritime calculations are for REFERENCE ONLY.
• ⚠️ ALWAYS verify with official navigation equipment (gyro compass, GPS, nautical charts).
• ⚠️ We are NOT liable for navigation errors, accidents, or vessel incidents.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESRA FUTURE APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or tokens
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from App use

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for token purchases in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• Google Play Billing (payments)
• Google AdMob (rewarded video ads)
• Firebase (forum backend, authentication)
• Google Cloud Functions (token sync validation)
• Gemini API (Maritime AI Chat)

These services have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are NOT responsible for their actions or policies.

12. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Key Points:

• We collect device info (Android ID, IP address) for token validation
• Ad IDs are collected by AdMob for targeted ads
• Forum usernames and posts are stored in Firebase
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Negotiation: Email jdronquillo46@gmail.com within 30 days of dispute.
2. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App.

• Notification: Major changes will be announced via in-app notification.
• Continued Use: Using the App after changes = acceptance of new Terms.
